These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and HengHeng2 ("HengHeng2", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at hengheng2.cam.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the HengHeng2 platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

HengHeng2 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of HengHeng2 following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" refers to the HengHeng2 website, mobile site, any downloadable applications, and all associated digital products operated by HengHeng2.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback credits, or other non-withdrawable incentives credited to an Account, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also referred to as "Rollover" or "Turnover Requirement") means the total aggregate betting volume that must be completed before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by HengHeng2 prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise required for regulatory or anti-fraud purposes.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency in which real-money transactions are denominated on the Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law, including any jurisdiction where HengHeng2 does not hold a licence to operate.

To register and maintain an Account on HengHeng2, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
2. You are not a resident of, nor physically located within, a Restricted Jurisdiction.
3. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any of the above of HengHeng2 or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You do not already hold an active or previously suspended Account with HengHeng2.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

4.1 Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on HengHeng2 at any time. The operation of duplicate, shared, or otherwise overlapping accounts is strictly prohibited.

4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, without limitation: full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, valid email address, Malaysian mobile phone number, and residential address.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Any changes to your registered details must be updated promptly by contacting our support team via live chat or email.

4.4 You must select a unique username and a strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any action taken through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. HengHeng2 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4.5 HengHeng2 reserves the right to refuse any account registration application without providing a reason.

5.1 HengHeng2 is committed to operating a secure and fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, we require Players to complete a KYC verification process prior to processing any withdrawal request, or at any time HengHeng2 deems it necessary for anti-money-laundering (AML) or fraud prevention purposes.

5.2 Documents required for KYC verification typically include:

• A clear photocopy of a valid government-issued photo ID — Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), Malaysian Driver's Licence, or valid Passport.
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, official bank statement from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong Bank, or other official correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months.
• A selfie photograph of the Player holding their ID document alongside a handwritten note bearing the current date and "HengHeng2".

5.3 HengHeng2 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe (typically 14 days) may result in the suspension of the Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals.

5.4 All submitted KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

5.5 Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent identification documents constitutes a serious violation of this Agreement and applicable law. HengHeng2 reserves the right to immediately close any Account found to have submitted fraudulent documentation and to report such activity to the appropriate authorities.

6.1 All deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM10. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.

6.2 HengHeng2 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels:

• DuitNow (instant bank transfer)
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — compatible with Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and all major Malaysian banks
• Touch 'n Go eWallet

6.3 All deposits are processed in real time or near-real time. HengHeng2 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges, for which HengHeng2 accepts no liability.

6.4 Deposits made using payment methods belonging to a third party are strictly prohibited. HengHeng2 may require proof that deposited funds belong to the registered Account holder. Where such proof cannot be furnished, the deposit may be reversed and the Account suspended.

6.5 HengHeng2 reserves the right to apply transaction limits, require additional verification, or decline a deposit at its sole discretion for risk management or regulatory compliance purposes.

7.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the Player's own name and has previously been used to make a deposit, or has been verified as belonging to the Player through the KYC process.

7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, and per month are specified in the Player's Account dashboard and may vary by account tier.

7.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• DuitNow / FPX / Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost / GrabPay: Typically within 15 minutes of approval during operational hours.
• Direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Typically within 1–3 business hours during operational hours; up to 24 hours at weekends or during peak periods.

7.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may experience delays in withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.

7.5 HengHeng2 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily delay processing. We are required by applicable anti-money-laundering regulations to conduct such checks and cannot waive this obligation.

8.1 HengHeng2 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, free spins, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions (including Chinese New Year festive bonuses).

8.2 Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

8.3 Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, the following standard bonus conditions apply:

• Wagering Requirement: 20x the total bonus amount credited.
• Eligible game contributions: Slots — 100%; Live Dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger) — 10%; Sports Betting — 25%; Lottery and Arcade — 50%. Poker games do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Bonus validity period: Bonuses must be used within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Maximum bet while playing with Bonus Funds: RM20 per single bet or spin. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.

8.4 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. HengHeng2 reserves the right to disqualify bonus claims made in bad faith or in violation of these terms.

8.5 HengHeng2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already accrued in a Player's Account prior to such modification.

9.1 All bets placed on HengHeng2 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or betting market selected. These rules are accessible within each game interface or betting market page and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

9.2 For sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), Champions League, UFC/MMA, and other covered events — the following general principles apply:

• Bets accepted by the system are confirmed and binding unless subsequently voided for technical, regulatory, or integrity reasons.
• HengHeng2 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to an obvious pricing error (palpable error). Where such voids occur, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended without notice. Any bets placed during a market suspension will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum win limits per event, per day, and per account tier apply and are displayed in the betting interface.

9.3 For casino and live dealer games, all game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and are final once confirmed on screen. Disputes regarding individual game outcomes must be submitted to our support team within 72 hours of the relevant game round.

9.4 HengHeng2 reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any Player at its sole discretion, including imposing maximum stake limits, restricting access to specific markets or games, or requiring manual review of certain bet types.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the HengHeng2 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or creating an Account under a false identity.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any activity that facilitates the conversion of illegally obtained funds into legitimate-appearing assets.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once; using third parties or fictitious accounts to claim bonuses; engaging in hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players in any way designed to gain an unfair advantage in poker, sports betting pools, or any other multi-player game.
• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated means to place bets, play games, or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Hacking and Exploitation: Attempting to access any part of the Platform's systems without authorisation; exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for wagering purposes.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

11.1 HengHeng2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive calendar months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or their authorised representative.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive requiring the suspension or closure.
• The Player's jurisdiction of residence is classified as a Restricted Jurisdiction.

11.2 Inactive Account Policy: Accounts that have had no login activity for twelve (12) or more consecutive months are classified as dormant. A monthly dormancy maintenance fee of RM5 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be deducted from the Account Balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fees being applied.

11.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements.

12.1 HengHeng2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a means of income generation or financial recovery.

12.2 The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players via the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions to these limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly maximum loss thresholds. The same cooling-off rules apply as for deposit limits.

• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing time elapsed and net profit or loss during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary exclusion (30, 60, 90, or 180 days) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12.3 HengHeng2 operates a strict 21+ age policy. All Players are required to confirm their age during registration, and age verification is conducted through the KYC process. Suspected cases of underage gambling are investigated immediately.

13.1 All content on the HengHeng2 platform — including but not limited to the HengHeng2 name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of HengHeng2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

13.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No licence is granted for any other purpose.

13.3 The following acts are expressly prohibited: reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, reverse-engineering, creating derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploiting any content or software from the Platform without prior written authorisation from HengHeng2.

14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HengHeng2 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

14.2 HengHeng2's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the cause of action arose.

14.3 HengHeng2 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. We reserve the right to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, which may result in temporary unavailability of certain features or services. We will endeavour to give advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

14.4 Nothing in this Agreement limits HengHeng2's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15.1 HengHeng2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. All amendments will become effective upon publication on the Platform, except where a longer notice period is required by applicable law.

15.2 Material amendments — defined as changes that materially alter Players' rights or obligations — will be communicated via email to all registered Players at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

15.3 If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date. Your remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you in accordance with the withdrawal process outlined in Clause 7 of this Agreement.

16.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which HengHeng2 holds its operational licence.

16.2 Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, Players are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance.
